17 Execution under seal by agent, &c.
TheTrust may, in relation to a particular matter, by writing under its common seal, authorize a person to execute a deed, instrument, or contract on the Trust's behalf as its agent or attorney.
A deed signed by an agent or attorney on behalf of the Trust pursuant to an authorization under subsection (1) and sealed by him binds the Trust and has the same effect as if it were sealed by the Trust.
