21 Committees to be bodies corporate
(1)
A Committee—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession;
(b)
shall have a common seal;
(c)
may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property;
(d)
may do and suffer all other acts and things that a body corporate may by law do and suffer.
(2)
The common seal of a Committee must be kept in such custody as the Committee directs and may be used only as authorised by resolution of the Committee.
