Agricultural Industry Development Act 1990

A member or employee of a Committee must not receive, or seek to receive, directly or indirectly, any payment or other consideration to act contrary to duty.

A person must not give or offer to give a member or employee of a Committee any payment or other consideration to act contrary to duty.

For the purposes of this section, employee includes an officer or employee of the public service or a public authority whose services are available to a Committee pursuant to an arrangement under section 31.
