33 Confidentiality and misuse of information
A former or present member or employee of a Committee must not disclose information acquired in that capacity except—
in the normal course of the business of the Committee; or
with the consent of the person to whom the information relates; or
when authorised or required by law to do so.

A former or present member or employee of a Committee must not use information acquired in that capacity to obtain directly or indirectly any pecuniary or other advantage for himself or herself or for any other person.

For the purposes of this section, employee includes an officer or employee of the public service or a public authority whose services are or were available to a Committee pursuant to an arrangement under section 31.
