A Committee must meet at least once a year and otherwise as specified in the constituting Order.
A majority of its members for the time being constitutes a quorum of a Committee.

If the Chairperson of a Committee is absent from a meeting, the members present must elect one of their number to preside.

A question arising at a meeting of a Committee shall be determined by a majority of votes of members present and voting on that question.

If voting on question at a meeting of the Committee is equal, the person presiding has a casting vote as well as deliberative vote.

Minutes must be kept of every meeting of a Committee.
Subject to this Act, a Committee may regulate its own proceedings.
