24 Establishment and structure
(1)
Section 205(2)(c) of the Building Act 1993 is repealed.
(2)
In section 205(3) of the Building Act 1993—
(a)
in paragraph (d), for "account." substitute "account;";
(b)
after paragraph (d) insert—
"(e) cladding account.".
