(1)
In the heading to section 205KA of the Building Act 1993 omit "or decreased".
(2)
In section 205KA(1) of the Building Act 1993 omit "or a decrease".
(3)
In section 205KA(2)(a) of the Building Act 1993—
(a)
omit "or decrease";
(b)
in subparagraph (iv), for "builder" (where twice occurring) substitute "contractor".
