In note 1 at the foot of section 205I(2) of the Building Act 1993, for "(2A)" substitute "(2E)".

(2)

Note 2 at the foot of section 205I(2) of the Building Act 1993 is repealed.

(3)

In section 205I(4) of the Building Act 1993—

(a)

for "payable under section 205G(2A)" (where twice occurring) substitute "payable under section 205G(2E)";

(b)

for "referred to in section 205G(2A)" (wherever occurring) substitute "referred to in paragraph (b) of the definition of non-regional building".
