In section 205A(1) of the Building Act 1993—

(a)

in paragraph (b) omit "and money required by section 205DA to be paid into the Cladding Safety Victoria account";

(b)

in paragraph (c)(i) and (ii) omit "(other than amounts received on account of, or in relation to, the building permit levy payable under section 205G(2A))";

(c)

in paragraph (h) omit "(other than money required or authorised by section 205DA to be paid into or credited to the Cladding Safety Victoria account)".
