Requirements for Carbon Sequestration Agreements

In force

The Secretary, from time to time by notice published in the Government Gazette, may specify requirements for Carbon Sequestration Agreements including—

(a)

the contents of the agreements; and

(b)

management plans to be included in agreements, including the form and content of the management plans; and

(c)

the identification and protection of other uses of Crown land; and

(d)

water management; and

(e) the provision of appropriate securities to the Crown.
