88 Register of Carbon Sequestration Agreements
The Secretary must maintain a Register of Carbon Sequestration Agreements in accordance with the regulations.
The Register of Carbon Sequestration Agreements must include details of—
the making of Carbon Sequestration Agreements; and
the carbon sequestration rights and soil carbon rights that are granted under Carbon Sequestration Agreements; and
the variation of Carbon Sequestration Agreements; and
the transfer of Carbon Sequestration Agreements and the assignment of carbon sequestration rights and soil carbon rights that are granted under Carbon Sequestration Agreements; and
the termination of Carbon Sequestration Agreements.
