87 Ending of Carbon Sequestration Agreement
A Carbon Sequestration Agreement may be ended—
(a)
by the Minister on giving the parties to the agreement not less than 180 days written notice of termination; or
(b)
by agreement of the parties in accordance with the agreement; or
(c)
by further agreement of the parties.
