89 Certificate of Secretary
An extract from the Register of Carbon Sequestration Agreements certified by the Secretary to be a true copy and setting out that a person is a party to a Carbon Sequestration Agreement that grants the person—
(a)
a carbon sequestration right in relation to Crown land is evidence that the person is the owner of the carbon sequestration right; or
(b)
a soil carbon right in relation to Crown land is evidence that the person is the owner of the soil carbon right.
