20 Determination by State Coroner that death not a reviewable death
(1)
The State Coroner may determine that a death that was reported to the State Coroner as a reviewable death is not a reviewable death.
(2)
If the State Coroner determines that a death is not a reviewable death, the State Coroner must give written notice of the State Coroner's determination to the person who reported the death.
(3)
If the State Coroner determines that a death is not a reviewable death or a reportable death, the State Coroner must discontinue the investigation into the death.
