21 Providing relevant persons with coronial process information
As soon as practicable after a coroner has commenced an investigation into a death, the principal registrar must ensure that the prescribed information in respect of the coronial process is provided to—
(a)
the senior next of kin of the deceased person; and
(b)
any other person—
(i)
who has advised the principal registrar that they have an interest in the investigation of the death; and
(ii)
who the principal registrar considers to have a sufficient interest in the investigation of the death.
