29 Provision of relevant information by principal registrar

(1)

The principal registrar must ensure that the medical investigator who is responsible for performing a medical examination is given information of a kind specified in subsection (2).

(2)

The kind of information to be given under subsection (1) is information collected or held by the Coroners Court that the coroner investigating the death considers would be necessary or helpful for the medical investigator performing the medical examination to know.
