Taking part in a sexual act

S. 35C inserted by No. 47/2016 s. 5.

A person takes part in a sexual act if—

(a)

the person is sexually penetrated or sexually touched—

(i)

by another person; or

(ii)

by an animal; or

(b)

the person sexually penetrates or sexually touches—

(i)

another person; or

(ii)

themselves; or

(iii)

an animal.
