53F Deceptive recruiting for commercial sexual services
S. 53F inserted by No. 47/2016 s. 16.
(1)
A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a)
A deceives another person (B) about the fact that an engagement will involve the provision of commercial sexual services by B; and
(b)
A intends to induce B to enter into an engagement to provide commercial sexual services.
(2)
A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable to level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
