30 Bodies may be required to act promptly

(1)
The Governor in Council may require a Minister, Department Head or public statutory body to carry out his, her or its functions in relation to the docklands area within a time specified in the Order, and that person or body must comply with the requirement.
(2)
A requirement under subsection (1) cannot vary any time prescribed by or under an Act.
