32 Docklands may become or cease to be a port
The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette declare—

that land divested under this Act from the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) or the Victorian Regional Channels Authority vests in Ports Victoria;
S. 32(1)(b) repealed by No. 86/1998 s. 9, new s. 32(1)(b) inserted by No. 19/2022 s. 90(2).
that land divested under this Act from Ports Victoria revests in Ports Victoria;

that land divested under this Act from the Melbourne Port Corporation or the Victorian Channels Authority is no longer subject to the Port Management Act 1995;

that land to which a declaration under paragraph (da) applies is subject to the Port Management Act 1995;

The Governor in Council may in an Order under subsection (1) make any amendment to any land description in the Port Management Act 1995 or in any subordinate instrument under that Act that is necessary because of the operation of the Order.

In this section—
Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 4 of the Transport Legislation Amendment (Port Reforms and Other Matters) Act 2022;
Victorian Regional Channels Authority has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 4 of the Transport Legislation Amendment (Port Reforms and Other Matters) Act 2022.
