34 Disputes between government and semi-government agencies
The Governor in Council may determine any dispute or question about anything done or proposed to be done under this or any other Act arising in relation to the docklands area between any of the following—
S. 34(1)(a) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 33(10).
Development Victoria;
government departments;
public statutory bodies.
A dispute can only be referred to the Governor in Council for determination on the joint recommendation of the Minister and—
the Minister responsible for any other department concerned;
the Minister administering the Act under which the body concerned operates or is established.
The determination has effect despite anything to the contrary in any other Act and the persons or bodies between whom the dispute or question arose must comply with it.
