35 Tendering and other procedures

(1)
The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette specify the procedures to be followed by Development Victoria under this Act in—
(a)
acquiring or disposing of real or personal property other than the compulsory acquiring of interests in land;
(b)
making agreements or arrangements.

(2)
Development Victoria must carry out its functions and powers subject to any Order made under this section.
