Gender Equality Regulations 2020

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—

Reg. 1(aa) inserted by S.R. No. 94/2023 reg. 5(1).

defined entities; and

defined entities that are exempt from the application of all or part of the Gender Equality Act 2020; and

Reg. 1(ab) inserted by S.R. No. 177/2021 reg. 5(1).

matters that must be included in Gender Equality Action Plans; and

Reg. 1(ac) inserted by S.R. No. 94/2023 reg. 5(2).

the method and format for progress reports; and

alternative relevant periods for the purpose of Part 5 of the Gender Equality Act 2020; and

Reg. 1(c) amended by S.R. No. 177/2021 reg. 5(2).

designated bodies for the purpose of Division 3 of Part 7 of the Gender Equality Act 2020; and

Reg. 1(d) inserted by S.R. No. 177/2021 reg. 5(3).

any other matters required to be prescribed under the Gender Equality Act 2020.
