7 Prescribed designated bodies
For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of designated body in section 38(1) of the Act, the following defined entities are prescribed—
(a)
a Council;

(b)
a university;
Reg. 7(c) inserted by S.R. No. 94/2023 reg. 9(2).
(c)
an existing regional library.
