5 Defined entities exempt from application of the Act
(1)
For the purposes of section 5(2) of the Act, school councils are exempt from the application of the Act.
(2)
For the purposes of section 5(2) of the Act, the Tribunal is exempt from the application of the Act (other than Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8) to the extent that the Act applies to a defined entity.
