5C Progress reports—format and progress audit method
A progress report must be in the format (if any) approved by the Commissioner.
For the purposes of section 19(3)(c)(i) of the Act, a progress report demonstrating a defined entity's progress within the relevant period in relation to the workplace gender equality indicators is to be done in accordance with the following method, known as a progress audit—
collect information relating to the workplace gender equality indicators;
compare that information with information from the immediately preceding workplace gender audit relating to the workplace gender equality indicators;
include in the progress report, in the format (if any) approved by the Commissioner—
the information referred to in paragraph (a); and
the results of the comparison referred to in paragraph (b).
The Commissioner must publish on the Commissioner's website any format approved for the purpose of subregulation (1) or (2)(c).
