The FOI Act applies as if it were modified to provide that—

it applies only in relation to agencies; and

the agencies are—

Reg. 15(b)(i) revoked by No. 1/2023 reg. 3(Sch. 1 cl. [2](1)).

the Agency Board; and

Reg. 15(b)(iii) amended by No. 1/2023 reg. 3(Sch. 1 cl. [2](2)).

each of the National Boards; and

a reference in the Act to the principal officer of an agency is a reference to—

Reg. 15(c)(i) revoked by No. 1/2023 reg. 3(Sch. 1 cl. [2](1)).

for the National Agency, the chief executive officer of the National Agency; and

for the Agency Board, the Chairperson of the Agency Board; and

for a National Board, the Chairperson of the National Board; and

the requirement for an agency to publish the information mentioned in section 8(2) of the Act is a requirement for the agency to publish the information by 1 June 2019; and

the requirement for an agency to publish details of the appointment of officers of the agency does not apply; and

the requirement to first complete a review of the operation in an agency of the information publication scheme is a requirement for the review to be complete by 1 June 2024.
