48 Applications for access to a document
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, an application was made for access to a document under the previously applied FOI Act; and
(b)
the application was not decided or withdrawn before the commencement.
(2)
The application must be decided under Part III of the applied FOI Act.
