17 Modifications relating to Administrative Appeals Tribunal
The FOI Act applies as if it were modified to provide that—
(a)
a reference to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal were a reference to a relevant tribunal; and
(b)
a provision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 does not apply.
