3.04 Process in vacation
(1)
In calculating the time fixed by these Rules or by any order fixing, extending or abridging time, the period from 24 December to 9 January next following must be excluded, unless the Court otherwise orders.
(2)
If the Court makes an order under paragraph (1), it may give any direction as to service as it thinks fit.
