3.05 Time for service

In this Rule, document does not include a complaint.
(2)
In calculating the time fixed by these Rules or by any order fixing, extending or abridging time any document which is served after 4.00 p.m. or on any day an office of the Court is closed must be taken to have been served on the next day the office is open.
