3.08 Office
The office of the Court is open on every day of the year except—
(a)
a Saturday or a Sunday; and
(c)
a public holiday within the meaning of the Public Holidays Act 1993 in the place in which that venue of the court is located; and
(d)
a day directed or appointed by the Chief Magistrate in accordance with section 5 of the Act as a day on which that venue of the Court is closed.
