4.10.1 Filing of certificates
Filing of a certificate under Rule 4.09 or 4.10 may be effected by—
(a)
filing at the office of the Court at the proper venue of the Court; or
Rule 4.10.1(b) substituted by S.R. No. 102/2022 rule 8.
(b)
filing electronically.
Rule 4.10.2 revoked by S.R. No. 102/2022 rule 9.
