6.04 Personal service on particular parties
Personal service of a document may be effected by serving the document in accordance with Rule 6.03, in the case of—
a corporation—
on the mayor, chairman, president or other head officer of the corporation; or
on the chief executive officer, clerk, treasurer, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the corporation; or
by serving the document in accordance with any provision of an Act or legislation of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory that provides for the service of that corporation;

Section 109X of the Corporations Act and section 9 of the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 of the Commonwealth.
a minor, on a parent or guardian of the minor, and, if there is none, on the person with whom the minor resides or in whose care the minor is;
a person under disability as defined in Rule 15.01, on—
the person who, in accordance with Rule 15.03(2), would be entitled to be litigation guardian in any proceeding to which that person under disability was party; or
if there is no such person, the person with whom the person under disability resides or in whose care that person is;
the Crown in right of the Commonwealth or the Commonwealth, on the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth or on a person appointed by the Attorney-General to receive service in accordance with section 63 of the Judiciary Act 1903 of the Commonwealth;
the Crown in right of Victoria or the State of Victoria, on the Victorian Government Solicitor;
an incorporated association, on the secretary or public officer of that incorporated association;
the estate of a deceased person, on the personal representative of the deceased person.
