5.07 Address of parties

(1)

A complaint must include—

(a)

the address of the plaintiff, and, where the plaintiff's address is outside Victoria, also an address for service in accordance with Rule 6.06;

(b)

the address of any defendant;

(c)

if the plaintiff is represented by an Australian lawyer, the name or firm and the business address of the Australian lawyer and also, if the Australian lawyer is agent of another, the name or firm and the business address of the principal; and

(d)

an email address for service on the plaintiff.

(1.1) The Registrar, at any time, may, for special reason, dispense with the requirement in paragraph (d).".
