6.06 Address for service

(1)

The address for service of a plaintiff is—

(a)

if the plaintiff sues by an Australian lawyer, the business address of that Australian lawyer indorsed on the complaint or, if the Australian lawyer acts by an agent, the business address of the agent;

(b)

if the plaintiff sues in person, the plaintiff's address indorsed on the complaint.

(2)

The address for service of a defendant is as provided in Rule 8.03.
