1 Purposes
The purposes of this Act are—
(a)
to re-enact and modernise the law relating to payroll tax; and
(b)
to harmonise payroll tax law with New South Wales; and
(c)
to repeal the Pay-roll Tax Act 1971; and
(d)
to amend the Taxation Administration Act 1997 and other Acts.
