11 Approved training schemes
(1)
A notice in force under section 10(1)(k)(ii) of the old Act immediately before 1 July 2007 remains in force on and after that day for the purposes of clause 16 of Schedule 2 to this Act as if it were a notice published under clause 16(2) of that Schedule.

(2)
A notice in force under clause 16(2) of Schedule 2 immediately before the commencement of section 108 of this Act remains in force on and after that commencement as if it had been made under that clause as amended by that section 108.
