Trinity College Act 1979

to provide an academic community-

in which the Christian faith, sound learning, critical discussion, social responsibility and ideals of community service are encouraged; and

where students from a wide range of disciplines are able to share in the academic, social and recreational opportunities of collegiate life;

to make provision for the teaching and study of theology and for the preparation of candidates for ordained ministry in the Anglican Church of Australia or in a church in communion with the Anglican Church of Australia;

to maintain a community of Fellows and tutors through whose example, guidance and teaching the objects of the College may be advanced; and

to provide opportunity for regular corporate Christian worship and instruction according to the liturgy and doctrine of the Anglican Church of Australia.
