The Director of the Theological School-
(a)
may approve the admission to the school of any person who is a member of the College; and
(b)
may approve the admission to the school of a person as a candidate for ordained ministry in the Anglican Church of Australia or in a church in communion with the Anglican Church of Australia if he is-
(i)
a member of the College; and
(ii)
sponsored as an ordination candidate by a diocesan bishop of the Anglican Church of Australia or of a church in communion with the Anglican Church of Australia.
