21 Duties of Director
The Director of the Theological School-
(a)
shall, subject to section 18 and to the authority of the Warden and the Dean, be responsible for the effective operation of the Theological School;
(b)
shall, subject to the authority of the Warden and the Dean of the College, be responsible for the welfare of the students in the Theological School; and
(c)
shall report on the operation of the Theological School to the bishops of the Ecclesiastical Province of Victoria at the annual meeting held in accordance with section 19.
