36 Minister may give directions to Authority
(1)
The Minister may give a written direction to the Authority regarding the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may direct the Authority to provide the Minister with advice on any matter relating to land use planning, land development or the objectives of planning in Victoria.
(3)
The Authority must comply with a written direction of the Minister.
(4)
The Authority must publish a written direction of the Minister in its report of operations.
