Committees

In force

(1)

The Authority may establish a committee to advise the Authority on any matter referred to it by the board.

(2)

A committee must consist of at least one director of the Authority who is to be the chairperson of the committee.

(3)

A meeting of a committee must be presided over by—

(a)

the chairperson; or

(b)

in the absence of the chairperson, a member of the committee elected by the members present at the meeting.

(4)

Subject to this Act and any procedures determined by the Authority under subsection (5), a committee may regulate its own procedure.

(5)

The Authority may determine procedures to be followed by a committee.
