39 Payment of certain members of committees
(1)
A member of a committee, other than a member who is a public official employed on a full-time basis, is entitled to be paid remuneration and allowances determined by the Minister.
(2)
In this section—
public official has the same meaning as in the Public Administration Act 2004.
