Consultation on draft programme

In force

When preparing a draft programme the CEO —

(a)

must consult with the Commission if the programme relates to land vested in that body or is otherwise relevant to the functions of that body; and

(b)

may consult with any other person or body who or which appears to the CEO to be likely to be affected in a material way by the programme.
