74 Notice of biodiversity management programme
(1)
If the Minister approves a biodiversity management programme under section 73(1), the CEO must cause notice of the programme to be published in the Gazette.
(2)
The notice must specify where copies of the biodiversity management programme may be inspected and obtained.
