Review of biodiversity management programme

(1)

The CEO may, at any time, carry out a review of a biodiversity management programme.

(2)

The CEO must carry out a review of each biodiversity management programme at intervals of not longer than 5 years calculated from the day on which the relevant programme takes effect.
