10 Convenors, appointment of (Act s. 136)
For the purposes of section 136 the President may appoint as a convenor —
(a)
a person by virtue of the office or position held by the person in the Court; or
(b)
a person who, in the opinion of the President, has appropriate qualifications and experience.
