20AA Relevant information (Act s. 23(1) and 28A)
(1)
Information that facilitates the provision of social services to any of the following is information of a kind prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of relevant information in sections 23(1) and 28A —
(a)
children, other individuals, families and communities at risk of being subjected to, or exposed to, family violence;
(b)
persons subjected to, or exposed to, family violence.
(2)
Subregulation (1) includes, but is not limited to, personal information as defined in the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 section 4.
