16D Bodily samples, who may take
A person must not take a bodily sample from a donor for the purposes of a parentage testing procedure unless —
(a)
the person is a medical practitioner; or
(b)
the person is employed by or in a health service provider, a hospital, a pathology practice, a parentage testing practice or a medical practitioner for the purpose of taking a bodily sample from a donor.
